Philip is able to offer unique, experienced based insights into the Oregon and Washington markets. Philip has specific TRANSACTIONAL expertise in the Portland & Salem MSA's, and the sub-markets that make up these areas.

Lew Reece MBA CVA
Mr. Lew Reece MBA (an independent Principal Broker) has more than three decades of successful business experience as both an entrepreneur and corporate manager
As an entrepreneur he founded and operated a manufacturing company in Georgia and distribution company in California.
As a corporate manager he was both a U.S. national sales manager and for the International markets he was the Managing Director of a European office directing sales in Europe and Asia.
His extensive experience in business ownership gives him the expertise to understand the complexities and pressures of planning the successful sale of a business.
Lew Reece is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington. Lew has a degree in Economics from the University of California and holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
Lew Reece is CVA certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, NACVA at www.nacva.com. Mr. Reece is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, IBA at w ww.go-iba.org . These two organizations set the analytical standards for Business Valuations, defending your business valuation to the buyer with real data.
