Lew Reece MBA CVA
Mr. Lew Reece MBA (an independent Principal Broker) has more than three decades of successful business experience as both an entrepreneur and corporate manager
As an entrepreneur he founded and operated a manufacturing company in Georgia and distribution company in California.
As a corporate manager he was both a U.S. national sales manager and for the International markets he was the Managing Director of a European office directing sales in Europe and Asia.
His extensive experience in business ownership gives him the expertise to understand the complexities and pressures of planning the successful sale of a business.
Lew Reece is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington. Lew has a degree in Economics from the University of California and holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
Lew Reece is CVA certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, NACVA at www.nacva.com. Mr. Reece is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, IBA at w ww.go-iba.org . Edward L Hopkins
With close to two decades of Real Estate experience, Ed Hopkins (an Independent Principal Broekr) has completed transactions from Coast to Coast and across a broad spectrum of Asset classes. He has experience in Multi-Family, Hotels, Storage Facilities, and Office Complexes.
In addition, Ed began his career in the Capital Markets sector as a Commercial Loan Broker, and has assisted in multiple transactions, arranging debt and raising equity for development projects, JV Partnerships, business expansions, and start-ups.
Before Commercial Real Estate, Ed spent over 15 years in International shipping as a Stevedore, engineering load plans for Ocean going Vessels for ships in all major ports in the United States and around the world. His clients were major world-wide corporations from auto manufacturers, steel firms, bulk cargo and wheat distributors. This gave Ed experience in extensive logistics planning, distribution channel preparation, and efficient manpower usage.
Ed was an NBC Specialist for the United States Army and completed a tour as a Drill Sergeant. He has a BS from the University of Oregon with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
Gerald J Lee
A graduate from Portland State University with a Real Estate Finance degree, Gerald can offer his clients insight into the industry that may be overlooked by other tenured professionals. Having spent four years of college studying real estate finance, market capitalization, and business management, he is comfortable in his analysis of all major asset classes as well as more esoteric property types and other business concerns.
With Gerald’s 8 years of real estate experience working closely with Philip Higgins, the principal broker, Gerald has had extensive practice in area’s such as valuation, disposition, and day to day marketing of commercial and residential Real Estate Owned (REO/Bank Owned) properties and portfolios.
Gerald’s strengths in this industry are his knowledge and ability to conceptualize complex real estate scenarios to help educate clients about how an existing, or potential, investment will perform while competing in our local and national markets. Gerald strives to bring value to his clients by combining his in-depth analytical abilities with current cutting edge real estate ideas and techniques utilizing, state-of-the-art technologies and real time market data.
