A graduate from Portland State University with a Real Estate Finance degree, Gerald can offer his clients insight into the industry that may be overlooked by other tenured professionals. Having spent four years of college studying real estate finance, market capitalization, and business management, he is comfortable in his analysis of all major asset classes as well as more esoteric property types and other business concerns.
With Gerald’s 8 years of real estate experience working closely with Philip Higgins, the principal broker, Gerald has had extensive practice in area’s such as valuation, disposition, and day to day marketing of commercial and residential Real Estate Owned (REO/Bank Owned) properties and portfolios.
Gerald’s strengths in this industry are his knowledge and ability to conceptualize complex real estate scenarios to help educate clients about how an existing, or potential, investment will perform while competing in our local and national markets.
